Refund Policy

Customer-related returns:
You will be charged a $5.50 return shipping fee by deducting the cost from the refund value if your return policy applies (for example, if you change your mind, ordered items by mistake, find a better price or items don't fit as expected.)

Order-related returns:
We do not charge you for return shipping on orders that are late, damaged or don't match the description.

Original shipping fees:
For order-related returns, we will refund the original shipping cost plus the cost of the item, including tax. However, if the return is for only part of an order, or is an item that was shipped with other items that aren't being returned, we won't refund the original shipping fee.

Note: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will take 10 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
